  • What will I learn from this course?

    You will (1) understand the importance and the implications of considering your clients, colleagues, collaborators, and yourself as individual humans who happen to exist in a professional context; (2) learn how to guide your thinking in determining how you can be effective for a wide variety of professional interpersonal situations; (3) gain awareness and understanding of the reasons and motivations for how to engage effectively with clients, colleagues, and collaborators, and the foundational ideas behind why they work; and (4) learn to translate these learnings to approaches and activities in client management, project management, task planning and management, issue resolution, and communication.

  • How long is the course?

    The course contains approximately 3.5 hours of video + materials. It is self-paced, so you can take it as fast or slow as you want and need. In addition, you will get one 60-minute live coaching/Q&A session (with option to add more later).

  • May I get a certificate of completion?

    Yes! You will receive a certificate after successfully completing the course requirements, including the end-of-the-course assessment.

  • How will the live coaching session be conducted?

    The live consultation session will be 60 minutes and conducted remotely via Microsoft Teams, which you can schedule based on availability and at your convenience.
